Therapeutic massage at Complete Health is to ease the body with pressure, long sustained holds of the muscles, and short and long strokes. Massage techniques are commonly applied with hands, elbows, knees, forearm or a massage device such as cupping, bamboo sticks, or guasha tools. The purpose of massage is for the treatment of: stress, pain management, and preparing the patient for chiropractic adjustment. Massage Therapists are nationally licensed and are professionally trained.

First Massage

  • Undress to the level at which you are comfortable (you will be covered at all times).

  • Communicate openly with your massage therapist during the massage.

  • After your massage, drink lots of water.
