Dr. Robin McConnell-DeRemer
Chiropractor

Dr. Robin McConnell-DeRemer graduated from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in 2002. She has been practicing in the Hershey area for over 23 years. She specializes in Pediatric care, Pregnancy care, Sports Injuries, Disc Syndromes, including Flexion Distraction, Extremity Adjusting and Wellness Care.

Dr. Robin uses a variety of techniques.  Activator Methods, Diversified, Flexion Distraction, Toggle Recoil, Myofascial Release, and Gua Sha are just to name a few. She has completed further education on training with Kinesio Tape for added support and proprioception of joints and muscles. Dr. Robin has adjusted all ages, from an hour old infant to a 96-year-old and every age in between. She integrates muscle work and myofascial release with the adjustment to speed results and finds that the results last longer.

Dr. Robin in her personal time, loves to spend it with her husband John, sons Jack and Pierson; family and friends.  She also loves to travel, watch sports and enjoys life to the fullest.

Dr. Kelli Ross
Chiropractor

Dr. Kelli Ross has been practicing chiropractic for over 25 years.  She is a 2000 graduate of New York Chiropractic College, and has spent most of her career practicing in the Hershey, PA area. She enjoys adjusting patients of all ages, but particularly likes working with babies and children.  She also likes to help people achieve their health goals through nutrition and using essential oils.

Dr. Kelli is married to Michael Ross and they have 2 daughters, Meghan and Sarah. Both girls have been chiropractic patients since the day they were born!

In her free time, Dr. Kelli enjoys reading, swimming and spending time with her family.

Dr. Cassidy Barton
Chiropractor

Dr. Cassidy Barton is a 2025 graduate of Northeast College of Health Sciences and is excited to begin her chiropractic career serving the Hershey community. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and conditions, with a particular interest in working with athletes and active individuals.

Dr. Cassidy focuses on improving movement, reducing pain, and helping patients return to activities they enjoy through individualized care that includes chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, myofascial release such as cupping therapy and guasha, movement-based recommendations, and patient education. She also holds a certification in Sport Science and Human Performance which fuels her passion for working with athletes.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Cassidy enjoys coaching cheerleading, traveling, spending time with her dog, and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams with her family and friends.

Donna Stiver
Massage Therapist

Donna Stiver has been a licensed massage therapist since 2001. She held her license from the state of Ohio until Pennsylvania had become a licensed state in 2011. Donna graduated with honors from Columbus State Community College with her Associates Degrees in Massage Therapy and Sports Fitness Management. She also has a B.S. in Nutrition from Pennsylvania State University.

 

Donna has practiced massage therapy at Emerald Springs Spa since 2001, managing the spa for eight years. She has been an employee of Complete Health Chiropractic since 2016 and enjoys the unique atmosphere that each place of employment offers.

 

Donna is also certified in Advanced Ashiatsu, cupping, guasha, and has experience with maternity and oncology massage. As a licensed practitioner, Donna’s passion, compassion, and intuitive touch along with her continuing education helped to make her a successful massage therapist.

Elizabeth May 
Massage Therapist

Elizabeth is a Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor who transitioned from a corporate career into the healing arts, following a deep calling toward whole-body wellness. She completed her massage therapy training in 2018 at Fox Valley School of Massage in Wisconsin.

Known for her thoughtful and nurturing approach, Elizabeth creates a supportive, restorative environment in every session. She specializes in working with anxiety and offers Swedish and therapeutic massage, Zero Balancing, Craniosacral Therapy, and cupping—modalities designed to promote deep relaxation, balance, and renewal.

Outside of her practice, Elizabeth finds inspiration in nature and mindful living, enjoying time teaching yoga, hiking and kayaking in the outdoors.

Shannon Spahn-Campbell
Administrative Assistant

Shannon is the Administrative Assistant at our chiropractic office and has been an essential part of the team for the past six years. Originally from Virginia, she has worked in customer service since she was 16, bringing a welcoming presence, strong organization, and genuine care to every patient interaction.

Outside the office, Shannon is a creative multitasker. She’s a photographer, a crafter, and is currently writing her first novel. Much of her free time is spent with her beloved 33‑year‑old horse, Willie, who has been a longtime companion. Her blend of experience, creativity, and compassion makes her a valued member of our practice.

Christina Musser
Administrative Assistant

Christina is an Administrative Assistant who has been part of our team for the past five years. She helps keep the front desk running seamlessly and brings a steady, welcoming presence to the office each day.

When she’s not at work, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, whom she’s been married to for 19 years, and their two teenage daughters, Lilly and Willow. She’s a proud dance mom and loves watching her girls perform—whether they’re on stage for dance or theater. In her downtime, she enjoys family vacations, crocheting, and relaxing with friends. Her warm personality and dedication make her a valued member of our practice.

Lori Yaw

Billing Manager 

Lori has been working with multiple chiropractic offices managing the billing process and other related office practices for over 15 years. Prior to this, Lori has worked at The Hershey Company as well as the Marriott Corporation in Human Resources in varied roles. She has spent most of her time in the compensation and training area with short stints in HRIS, benefits, payroll, and payroll taxes. She has lived in the Hershey area for over 30 years with her husband Dana and has raised three great kids, Holly, Shannon, and Tanner. She is very happy that after venturing out and seeing the world, they have all returned to this area to live. One of her kids is now married and she now has a 3 year old grandson, Wyatt.

Lori loves to work and get things done, enjoys cooking and baking, and “feeding people” as her kid’s friends often say. She is very involved in activities with her church and hopes everyone learns that Jesus loves them! She is also in a constitution coach for Patriot Academy and trains people on the factual history of America and why we have such success as a nation.
